This is a musical set in an alternate 1962-63. The world barely survives and the residents of Paradise, CA must survive with nothing but their wits, their knowledge and jazz hands.

YEAR OF THE DOG

Two acts are set 12 years apart (1982 and 1994) with only one character carrying over. The first act explores life in a convenience store, late at night. Act II follows one of the customers. Many years later, a man who was once a wino charges people to communicate with the spirits.

A lonely wedding chapel owner and a spurned potential bride fall in love, only to find out that the other is not quite what they expected.
